The warehouse leases continue to come for Inland Southern California's industrial areas. Shea Center Ontario, a five-building complex near Interstate 10, reports a new tenant and two renewals.
Voit Real Estate Services represented Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties in arranging the leases. Emser Tile, a supplier of building tile and natural stone, has renewed its lease on 400,000 square feet of space.
The second renewal is to a company that does not ship or store goods but helps train other companies how to do it better. Caterpillar Logistics Services is a technology-based company that sells ideas about reducing its logistics costs, and that company has renewed its lease on 103,000 square feet.
The new tenant is Acolus Down, a supplier of quality down blankets and quilts. The company entered into a lease for just under 245,000 square feet of space.
